i've stayed in cancun before, but this experience at majestic elegance was beyond what i hoped for. the adults-only vibe made for a peaceful stay, and the private beach was a gorgeous spot to relax. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our 5 nights here.

the hot tub in our room wasn’t working properly.

I had a wonderful time at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The spacious Sky View Suite with the rooftop jacuzzi provided fine views and became our personal retreat. Although the pool felt slightly crowded at times, the attentive staff and fantastic dining options made up for it. I’d definitely return!

We loved the spacious room with our own plunge pool and stunning beach views! 🌊 However, the drink selection left a lot to be desired. Would've loved more fresh juices!

Fantastic oceanfront plunge pool room

The resort was beautiful, and the swim-up pool suite was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the attentive service from staff like my concierge Marco and our amazing butler Lois. I found it frustrating that guests services often didn’t answer their phones, which made communication difficult. it was a lovely stay for a short getaway, and I would love to spend more time there.

Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Beach

I had a fantastic four-night stay with an amazing view from my room. The staff was attentive and truly made me feel special, particularly during the dining experiences. I loved relaxing on the beach where it was well-organized and had plenty of sun beds. There were a few times when service was slower than expected, especially during busy hours.

The Elegance Club Plunge Pool Suite Ocean Front had a stunning view of the ocean; perfect for sunsets. The rooftop pool offered a unique hangout spot, ideal for some private relaxation after a long day.

The first day kicked off a bit rocky with the wrong room assigned due to a 'computer glitch. ' The property itself shows signs of age with peeling paint, damaged tiles, and noisy pool filters. I even encountered ants in the initial room. Dining became a chore at times, with flies buzzing around food areas, and the usual subpar offerings, although the Japanese restaurant stood out as a tasteful exception. A note of caution—the beach lacked drink service, and the experience in the ocean was affected by cleanliness issues.

I just returned from a 5-night stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. The Elegance Club Swim Up Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi was incredible. The outdoor jacuzzi offered the perfect relaxation spot after a long day by the beach. The private swim-up pool added a touch of luxury, making it so easy to hop in and cool off. Dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals at the Italian and Japanese restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. However, I did experience a few hiccups. There were slow responses during peak dining hours, making wait times for room service frustrating. Also, some areas could use clearer signage to help navigate the resort better. I appreciate the effort the team puts in, but these slight issues could enhance the overall experience.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres offered a marvelous experience. The location was breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond for us! The all-inclusive package was fantastic, with so many dining options and activities available. Having top-shelf liquor was a nice touch. The Sky View Suite was spacious, featuring a rooftop jacuzzi where we spent many evenings unwinding and taking in the views.

The food wasn't always outstanding.

Oh man, the Bistro and Italian spots? A total culinary treasure! The rooftop hot tub hit differently, perfect for unwinding after a day at the pools. shoutout to the friendly staff who make you feel like royalty!

I do wish the pool areas were maybe a bit larger, especially on the adults-only side—felt kinda crowded. And not gonna lie, the buffet could use a little extra love; it was the only spot that didn't woo us like the rest of the food scene.

The atmosphere was vibrant. however, the adult-only experience was disrupted by family activities near the pool. The dining options were enjoyable, especially the Italian cuisine. Service varied, and I encountered a delay when requesting a high chair. it’s a good spot for couples but be mindful of the noise levels and service consistency.

You can't beat those made-to-order omelettes and the epic stir fry at the hibachi! Plus, the staff was super friendly, making it an even better vibe. Loved the beach couples massages too. they were heavenly!

Now, the food could've been spicier. some places were booked solid when we tried to make dinner reservations. Also, we were left in the dark about a free shuttle service to the airport—had to pay for our taxi instead. Next time, I’ll be on it!

The beach access is divine with soft sands and crystal-clear waters that made every morning feel like a dream. I loved our spacious Elegance Club Plunge Pool Suite, complete with a rooftop jacuzzi where we sipped cocktails while basking in the sunset. The attentive staff took our experience to the next level; our butler René organized everything seamlessly, making us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay!
